At Code Co-Working, we strive to provide a welcoming and productive environment for all our members. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Our Terms & Conditions are as follows:

• Membership Plans:
  • Code Co-Working offers various membership plans, including daily, monthly, and annual options. Details of each plan, including fees and benefits, are available on our website and at our reception.
• Access:
  • Members have access to the co-working space during operating hours as specified in their membership plan. Access to certain areas or facilities may be restricted based on the membership type.
• Conduct:
  • Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, or any form of misconduct, is prohibited.
• Property:
  • Members must respect the property and equipment of Code Co-Working and other members. Any damage caused by a member will be the member's responsibility.
• Termination:
  • Code Co-Working reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership without notice for any violation of these terms or for behavior that is deemed inappropriate.
• Booking and Use of Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces:
  • Reservations:
    • Meeting rooms and event spaces must be booked at least 5 days in advance through our online booking system or at the reception to ensure availability.
  • Cancellations:
    • Bookings can be canceled at any time. We encourage early cancellations to accommodate other members.
    • Cancellations must also follow our Return and Refund Policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.
  • Public Holidays:
    • Meeting rooms cannot be booked on public holidays. Please plan your meetings accordingly.
  • Usage:
    • Members are responsible for leaving the meeting rooms and event spaces clean and in the same condition as they were found. Any damage or excessive mess will result in additional charges.
• Payment Terms:
  • Fees:
    • Membership fees, booking fees, and any other charges are due in advance as specified in the membership plan or at the time of booking.
  • Payment Methods:
    • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified.
• Late Payments:
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership or booking privileges. Code Co-Working reserves the right to charge late fees.
• Privacy and Data Protection:

    • Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  • Data Security:

    • Code Co-Working reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
  • Continued Use:
    • Continued use of our services after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
