Access:
Members have access to the co-working space during operating hours as specified in their membership plan. Access to certain areas or facilities may be restricted based on the membership type.
Conduct:
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, harassment, or any form of misconduct, is prohibited.
Property:
Members must respect the property and equipment of Code Co-Working and other members. Any damage caused by a member will be the member's responsibility.
Termination:
Code Co-Working reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership without notice for any violation of these terms or for behavior that is deemed inappropriate.
Booking and Use of Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces:
Reservations:
Meeting rooms and event spaces must be booked at least 5 days in advance through our online booking system or at the reception to ensure availability.
Cancellations:
Bookings can be canceled at any time. We encourage early cancellations to accommodate other members.
Cancellations must also follow our Return and Refund Policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.
Public Holidays:
Meeting rooms cannot be booked on public holidays. Please plan your meetings accordingly.
Usage:
Members are responsible for leaving the meeting rooms and event spaces clean and in the same condition as they were found. Any damage or excessive mess will result in additional charges.
