Return & Refund Policy

At Code Co-Working, we strive to provide a welcoming and productive environment for all our members. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Membership Refunds:
  • Monthly memberships can be canceled within the first 7 days for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this period.
  • Annual memberships can be canceled within the first 30 days for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this period.
• Cabin and Meeting Room Bookings:
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the booking time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time.
• Refund Process:
  • Refund requests should be submitted via email to [info@joincode.in]
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
